Barry A. Weisberg is of counsel to the East Brunswick firm of Ramp, Renaud, and Hlavenka, LLC.  For over twenty-five years he has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate administration, estate litigation, probate, and guardianships for incapacitated persons.  In the past, he has served as Chair of the Middlesex County Bar Association Estate and Trust section.  He is frequently appointed by the Court to serve as an estate administrator and as counsel for the alleged incapacitated person in guardianship actions.
